Michael Hahn
President & CEO

Michael Hahn joined Tri-Mach in early 2000 as part owner of the company. Upon his arrival Michael began to shift and refocus the direction of Tri-Mach as a multi-trade services provider. He helped to bring the Tri-Mach, Tri-Electric, Tri-Pack and Tri-Build families of brands together under one entity, Tri-Mach Group Inc. in 2006. Under Michael’s leadership Tri-Mach Group has turned itself into a flagship multi-trade provider. Innovating and expanding its product and service offerings to best solve any and all potential customer’s demands.

Ryan Martin
Vice-President

Ryan Martin joined Tri-Mach as Millwright in 2001. After working his way through the ranks,  Ryan became the Vice-President of Tri-Mach Group Inc in 2007.  Ryan directly oversees the production side of the business working closely with our Engineering, Machining, Fabrication, and Assembly departments. Ryan’s vast experience and knowledge has allowed Tri-Mach to expand its capacity and capabilities helping Tri-Mach become a One-Stop Solution Provider for our customers. Ryan is also responsible for R&D projects, increasing efficiencies & productivity and production deadlines.

Jeff Lucas
Operations Manager

Jeff Lucas joined Tri-Mach Group Inc. in 2002. With over 35 years of Project and Operation Management experience, Jeff works with the sales team and engineering to maximize distribution of products and services that meet the needs of customers. In his tenure with Tri-Mach, he has lead a team of 5 Project Managers and all millwright personnel liaising with Tri-Electric Vice President on all project work. Jeff works closely with Tri-Mach customers to provide full maintenance solutions from emergencies and preventative maintenance to vacation relief and maintenance strategies. His other responsibilities include, and are not limited to, project and design services, overseeing all millwright services inclusive of machine shop, continuous improvement implementation and on-going execution.

Krystal Darling
Sales & Marketing Manager

Krystal joined the Tri-Mach team in 2009. As Sales & Marketing Manager she is responsible for establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of our organization. This includes the development of new business in local and international markets and the management of our existing customer base.  The development and implementation of Tri-Mach’s Marketing Strategy has made Tri-Mach Group a household name in the industry and led to its increased growth year after year.

Jarrod Overy
Design/Build Specialist

Jarrod Overy joined Tri-Mach in early 2012. Through his 15 years of experience designing and manufacturing equipment for the food industry; Jarrod brings to Tri-Mach an additional layer of design-build expertise. Jarrod has developed many strong relationships over the years and helped industry leaders achieve their production goals. With his experience across industry sectors including, meat, poultry, and bakery; Jarrod can offer layout and process flow solutions that contribute to the complete package that TMG can offer their clients.
